Hi there! I'm not new to the world of dieting and exercise, but I have never been able to make a plan stick for longer than a few meals.I'm the heaviest that I have ever been in my life, and it has got to stop right here, right now. I currently weigh 203 and my ultimate goal weight is 135, unless I reach a point where I'm comfortable with my body before that. I aspire to become a runner. I'm just looking for friends who can help to motivate me and keep me on track. And whom I can help to motivate and support in return. =)
