5'6
I'm currently 169 pounds, started at 172
I would like to be 139 pounds by my 21st Birthday (June 9th)
However, I've never been below 150 with an active/healthy lifestyle
Is this a reasonable goal?
How did you achieve this?
How long did it take?
How hard did you work?
Before/After Pictures?

I have struggled for over a decade with my weight. I switched docs had him do a full blood and physical work up. Found out I had high BP, elevated cholesterol, and prediabetic. So I took control by getting on meds for the BP (which is now in normal range), logged on MFP, and continued my Jazzercise classes (4-5 classes a week 60 mins each). My progress is from early July until now. Sometimes it takes pushing till you figure out your bodies correct combination.

This is going to vary depending on how overweight someone is. I lost 30 lbs in a little over 3 months as well. 4 you that is probable not realistic, but 30 lbs by June sounds very doable.

So happy for you, glad you got to see a doctor that could help you be healthy too! |
