Housework!!! Most of the time it is the only form of "exercise" I get, and I think someone should post the caloric burn value for it, especially vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom, dusting... I dare ya to do these and NOT sweat!!!

Housework is in there but listed under "cleaning".

There is a light effort and a moderate effort.

I tried putting in 'cleaning" under find exercise and still can't find it :(

and use the drop down list in the top right corner to see what "exercises" are available with their exact name to be able to find them
Cleaning, heavy, vigorous effort is one
Cleaning, light, moderate effort is another
if you're looking under strength training you won't find them as MFP gives you calorie burns for "cardio" exercises "only" .
