Wow, we're really close in height and starting weight. Further encouragement for me to start lifting heavy! Congrats on your success and thanks for posting. Such an inspiration.

Fantastic!!!! Your motivating me to get it done....I am currently at 280 down from 330...that was on dieting alone. I joined the gym Oct 1st and have a personal trainer...so I am on my way to living a new lifestyle. Wholly!!! Don't feel a bit bad about being vain....you've worked hard for it! LIVE IT UP!!!!!
