TOPIC: combining food and exercise

I think the site and app would benifit from combining the food and exercise. Not keeping it in a diff section. I mean when you post it it adds it in the part of the day for example i play the biggest looser after lunch for 20 min and add it in i think it should post and show up like this, and post in whatever area of the day you did it
Breasfast: whatever it is
Snack:whatever it is
Lunch: whatever it is
Cardio: Biggest loser 20 min 156 calories
Snack: whatever it is
Dinner: whatever it is
Snack: whatever it is

So if i ate something low protien before and after a work out when you should eat high protien someone could see that and add that sudjestion so they you could change what u eat before and after workouts.
I think it would benifit cause people can see when they are working out and what they have ate before and after. Also peopple can give better tips on what they should have eaten before and after to better build mussel and get a better work out and health for the body.

I really hope people like this idea because i think it would benifit every single person :)

HI, I don't think it's a bad idea. It's just different. I can understand how it could be beneficial to someone who would like to
detail their entries to focus on specifics. So, it isn't a bad idea. It's just different. Maybe. MFP could make a "caution" sign to alert you when you are exceeding consumption of proteins, fats or sodium, etc. before you are in the "red" zone.
Not a bad idea.

I think it is a GREAT idea and wish it would be implemented. For those who would use it and care..it is an added value/feature. For those who wouldn't use it...it wouldn't matter, ey can still see the8ir workout's and their intake. If you are really tracking and trying to monitor and learn what works for you, then you would track everything by time, amounts, etc. choronologically.
