TOPIC: Since iPhone update-not getting email notifications

Hi, since I did the new iPhone update (both the phone and app) I am no longer getting email notifications about anything. I'm getting the app banner notices but no emails. I haven't changed any of my settings on either the phone or the app so don't know what is up with this. Do I need to uninstall/reinstall the app?

Hi,

Sorry for any issue. Are you running 3.4 or version 3.41.? You can find your version number by going to the "more" tab and then click "about us".

Also, please verify your email is correct by clicking "more" then "settings" followed by "email settings". Please verify the email is the one you are not receiving the notifications at?

Hi Scott. It's version 3.4.2332. The email account is correct both on the computer and on my phone. It hasn't changed and I'm getting all my other emails both on the computer and pushed to my phone. On my phone the email receive newsletter is set to on as well. Thanks.

I went to my settings and then mail and deleted my yahoo account off of my phone then added it again and now it works

Sorry for the delay in my follow up. Version 3.4.2332 is actually version 3.4. The .2332 is an internal build number. If you could upgrade you app to 3.4.1.2408 it should resolve the issue.

If it does not, please let me know and I would be happy to investigate further.

I just did an update to that version a few days ago. Still no notifications! (I do get the MFP push to the phone notifications but no emails).

I'm actually not getting any email notifications from MFP (on phone or computer) so it's gotta be in my MFP settings somewhere (even though I hadn't changed anything when the emails stopped). I changed my email account to a secondary account and it's working now. Very weird. I'm gonna try and switch back to my regular account in a day or two.

Hi,

Sorry for the continued inconvenience. Can you go into "settings" on the website, click "Change email address/email preferences" delete your email from the system, add a fake email of MFP@none.com, click save, then go back in delete the faux email and add yours in again. If this dosen't work, shoot me a PM and I will try and attach my email to your account and try to determine what may be going on.
