TOPIC: Remember recent foods

The new update on MFP was suppose to make it easier to find recent food entries. I have been adding in "homemade granola" everyday for like a week and it still isn't showing up in my recents. I am having to look for the same one every single time.

My apologies for the delay in responding to you. I have looked into your account and I can find "Homemade Granola" with just typing "GRAN". It only shows up in your "breakfast" category.

You may want to switch the app to show favorites for all meals. Just go to the "More" section and press on "Settings". You should see an option labeled "Show All Meals For Favorites Lists". If this is not already turned on, turn it on and the next time you add a food to your diary your Most Used and Recent lists should show items from all of your meals.

Scott, Im having a problem just finding the 'Mores' section on the website? I have a similar concern, with a twist. I can see my recent foods, but only for that particular meal. It would be nice to have all my foods for all my meals saved in recent instead of searching. For example, some weeks I have chicken and some I have talipa and sometimes it's the last meal or sometimes its the 2nd meal. I know once I add it it will should be (its not always saving :/) in that meal but searching the database I find it hard to come up w/the same entry say searching for chicken, tag it for meal 2 but then at meal 4 i need it again and it's not in my recent (for that meal) so i have to go back to searching and hope i find the same chicken. So bottom line saving new foods to recent should be tagable by all meal entries, not just that specific meal. Once the day is saved then the specific meals should save the tagged entries from recent to applicable meal. Yes? thanks
