New to exercise with 2 knee replacement surgeries in the last year. I bought the Pilates 4 Way Body Toner, it has only 4 exercises on the instruction sheet. Has anyone ever used this before? Are there any suggestions where to look for more examples? I did Google and You-Tube it but didn't really come up with too much. It was only $8.00 but it seems like a good tool to use at home. Any help would be appreciated.
