I just do the lower body every other day for the butt bible. I do other vids for upper body and abs. It does kick your butt!! I can tell a difference in 3 weeks.

Hi if you do a youtube search for exercise tv you will come up with loads. I still think the tae bo ones are great with Billy Blanks.

I also found a cute zumba one too

Look for Tiffany Rothe. She does 10 minutes videos that you can pick and mix to tailor exercise to your taste.

This guy has a site, Facebook page and posts on YouTube, these workouts require little to no equipment and all take about 20 mins - if you are fit enough to last that long - they are super intense:

I find that just watching them makes me tired !!!

If you're going to do bodyrock workouts, do the old ones (before November 2011). The new ones are ridiculously stupid.

Also (and I know a couple of other people have mentioned it, but here's the actual link) try Zuzana's new channel. http://www.youtube.com/ZuzkaLight

Sparkpeople has alot of good videos, as does Everyday Health. Shape Magazine.

You can also just do a search and find *LOTS* to work with.

You could try Be Fir in 90 http://www.youtube.com/profile?annotation_id=annotation_621117&src_vid=V9ooLaDtv_g&user=BeFitin90&feature=iv (hope this link works. Copied and pasted it from the page, so it should work. If not, maybe just do a search on YouTube for it?)
I had started it, enjoyed the first week, but then joined the Y and they gave me a different program (largely machines). Thinking of going back to Be Fit In 90, though. Or working the two in together somehow...smile

Its not so much a workout routine but I vouch for Elliot Hulse, he has some really interesting information and techniques on a number of videos on youtube.

+1, but you need the schedule. I had a friend and her mom try it, and they did upper and lower body on the same day. She said her mom was on the floor refusing to get up! laugh Let me know if you want it. The third level will literally kick your butt.

Hi

Would you mind letting me have the schedule for this? Would really like to try it.

Thanks.
