Bumping! Thanks for sharing. I have heard about putting chick peas in baked goods. i have a friend who bakes chocolate chip cookies this way. I love to bake my kids bday cakes but the regular flour sugar and icing is sooooo loaded down with sugar. Thanks. I will try this!

What SIZE serving? I am REALLY trying to use integrity and discipline with this calorie count!!!

I used MFP and plugged in recipe:

133 calories, 18 carbs, 6 fat, 3 protein, 2 fiber and 11 sugar

12 servings

Hope this helps.

.....wow....snarky much?

Click on food>recipes>enter ingredients.
Add all ingredients, it will probably take you less time than writing a snarky post about waiting for nutritional info.
name recipe>enter a number of servings that seems sensible>Click save changed

Oh my gosh! Nutritional info!
