Is there a way to include the fact that I am nursing twins to my calorie needs?

I would ask your doctor how many calories you should be eating in a day and adjust your calories to that number. You need to make sure your calories are high enough so your milk supply doesn't decrease. You have to go in and manually set your calorie goal.look in the more section. It will tell you how to do it. Good luck. I have nursed while pregnant and tandem so I know how you feel. If you want another breastfeeding friend just shoot me a friend request. I am still nursing my fourth baby now. :).

You can add it daily as a food, or you can change your calorie goal if you want to do it once and be done with it. What "better way" do you think there should be?

I just came back to the site after having my daughter. I'm adding breastfeeding as cardio exercise for 500 calories burned. It would be great if there were an adjustment in the tool for BF moms, though. I tried doing a manual adjustment of the calories needed, but it doesn't work when exercise is taken into account.

Thanks for the help. The calories seemed a bit low before, but after adding nursing in the food section I think I can do that.
