TOPIC: Issue connecting to live db after iPhone 3.4.2332 Update

I couldn't located this with the search so forgive me if this is a repost.

I just wanted to share an issue I had experienced. I was using the MFP app on my iPhone for a while with no issues. When I recently updated to the new 3.4.2332 I started having an issue pulling data from the internet database. I couldn't add any foods whatsoever from the internet db only from my favorite, recent lists etc. I messed with all of the settings and couldn't fix it.

I decided to delete the app and re-install it. And that basically fixed the issue. Now my iPhone connects to the internet database just as it did before. So it seems the "upgrade" went bad. If you're experiencing upgrade issues as well I recommend to try deleting and reinstalling the apps.

Thanks for that - was having the same problem - this is the second time I've reinstalled
Do you know if there's a way to put frequents and recents in alphabetical order?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We released a bug update on 9/26 that should resolve the issue. Can you let me know if you are still seeing the issue after updating to version 3.4.1?

thank you - it has resolved after another reinstallation, so that I can now search for items on the database

Is there anyway to put recent and frequent lists in alphabetical order?

PS thanks for this great site, it's been a terrific help

The sort feature has been restored to the iPhone app with the latest software update as well.
