Ok, I admit, I relapse several times but here are my stats:

Heaviest= 180lbs (after having a baby)
Lightest = 126lbs (lost all the baby weight after 2 years, exercising and watching my eating)
Now= 146 lbs. (obviously relapsed. badly.)
Goal = 125lbs.

Btw, I'm 5'5. Now, I'm back to exercising and watching my eating.

Share yours for inspiration! :)

Definitely had a relapse and slid back up to 136, which I've spent the last few months working off. Really pleased with how I am now!

My heaviest was 300+ pounds. I don't know how much over 300 because I refused to be weighed after I reached that weight.
I weighted 115-125 in my 20's and then, starting at age 31, I had four children in less than five years.
I'm at 201 now.
My goal weight is 145. I probably could reach 115-125 pounds, but I don't think I could maintain it so, at least for right now, I'm aiming for 145.

I'm 5'2". My plan is to become a healthier version of myself by 40yrs old - Just turned 38 - So I have a couple of years to accomplish ALL of my goals. And I WILL do it - I have confidence in that!!!bigsmile

Heaviest= 185lbs (after having my first son at 18yrs old)
Lightest = 96lbs ((for years at this weight before getting pregnant with my first son above...lol)
Now= 168 lbs. (after having my second son at 35yrs old...lol)
Goal = 130lbs. (maybe 140lbs b/c of lifting - if I have muscle and am lean, that is all I want no matter what weight I end up at)

heart heart drinker heart heart

ETA: Another goal is also to get down to 25% BF at the highest - Lower - 22% or so is ideal for me.

I'm not a yo yo dieter, I was always on the chubby side, and slowly growing. I put on around 15 pounds over 7 years and hit 174 last summer. I decided I didn't like that, started working out and eating better. A few months ago I hit 142, then a health thing made me put on a bit back to 153. Now I'm slowly getting back to where I was, currently 149. My health thing included a metabolism crash, so I'm trying to be way more careful with my deficit. I think I will be most comfortable between 135 and 140.
