A place to log supplements or medications in the daily diary. My past trainer was always asking me to keep a record of any weight loss supplements or Rx that may affect my weight.

Just add them as foods when you take them. I usually take the same mix of supplements in the morning, so I've entered them in and saved them as a meal "Supplements" which I just add to my breakfast

Food > settings
set one of your 6 meal slots as a vitamin / supplement field

or use the food notes which can be printed/ reported along with the diary itself

I am new member of this community and website. Sorry to not good in English. I would like to suggest the staff should allow adding more nutrient list. For the any food that we take, they have their owner database of nutrient to input to the database. I think most of us also want good health, not only good looking. We should track how much nutrient(or mineral) that are essential for our body to work well. Some nutrient support digest of other.

If you look at the nutritional report it will tell you most of the main things.
