Hi,
My current daily limit is 2100 calories but I think that is a little high. Is there any way I can lower it to around 1800?
Ive looked through the settings but cannot find it. Unless it is there and I have missed it.
Does anyone know?

my home > settings > update diet / fitness profile is where I'd start..
pick a greater rate of loss, you need about 300 less calories a day which would be about half a pound more per week as a desired rate of loss. Or knock your activity level down a notch since that is your BMR multiplier to give you your calories that the deficit is calculated from

The other spot then if you can't further tweak your profile settings is
my home > GOALS > change goals > custom But don't "over-ride" 2100 calories just because it's "too much" it might be compared to the conventional "girls need 1200 calories only " or "guys need 1500 calories" I'm at 2400 calories before any exercise and lose weight. Scary? Since I'm losing weight at this mark before when I was gaining I had to have been eating 3000 and then some... 3000ish would be maintaining my current weight. Check out the "eat more to lose weight" "in place of a roadmap 2.0" and similar threads

Thanks for your help |
