I have already lost over 10 stone myself but I found this and it looked great for tracking etc at the moment I tend to stick to spreadsheets with my weight and training, inches etc I am currently 209lbs and 5ft 6in, I weight train 3 times a week, big heavy weights and 2/3 days cardio. Does anyone else think this is too little?? I am tempted to stick a few hundred extra calories on here.
For me to maintain my weight I roughly need 2463kcal a day so to loose 2lbs a week I need to make a deficit of 1000kcal each day, to me that is 1463kcal a day..................any advise/thoughts would be appreciated :)
