If you caption them on your computer before uploading them then they are tagged with whatever it is you want to share be it current weight at the time of photo etc.

photobucket appears to offer captioning options via
"Borders & Text

Finish your photos with a unique border and make it yours by adding a caption to remember the moment."

YES!!! I don't understand why they won't let us caption them! I uploaded a bunch of pics when I started, showing my progress from before I started on MFP, and thought I could at least pick the order they appeared in, but NO! I wrote MFP to ask if they had plans to let us at least put a weight or date on the pics and they said basically, "that's a good idea. We'll think about it." Why WOULDN"T you let us caption our pics?! Is that much computer programming really that hard to have done?!

If it was "truly" easy you'd be able to do it with something more than "paint" the bitmap editor that comes on your windows computer, but the photo editing software "photoshop" is a $130 package you can buy to add the function to your home computer. Or do it for free on photobucket where many are hosting the pictures they want to share with friends, it has a built in captioning option.
Hosting a picture is one thing, editing them, caption / formatting etc takes a lot more resources that could otherwise be spent making MFP an even better fitness program, when there are free options for photo-hosting and captioning.

I'm not asking for editing photos, i'm asking for a text section below the photo, that's it.

By captioning, I mean to be able to label our pictures on MFP. So that when you click on it, you can see a description of the picture, such as; "This is before" or " my current weight of ...." I would love to be able to put my progress pictures in order and put my weight on them, or a date. But I guess they don't think that's something most people want.
