1. What did you have for breakfast? 1 egg/4 egg whites in a Josephs wrap

2. How much water do you drink per day? minimum of 2 gallons

3. What are your favorite snacks? right now - 1/3C each cottage cheese and greek yogurt mixed w/1 tbsp each chia, flax meal and wheat germ with a sprinkle of cinnamon (and a few drops stevia if I'm in the mood for sweet)

4. How many calories do you eat per day? 1780 (TDEE -15%)

5. What do you generally eat for lunch? chicken or tuna with veggies

6. Favorite body part to train? legs - make me sweat!!!

7. Least favorite body part to train? shoulders - I have a weak upper body

3. What are your favorite snacks? Oikos key lime, Ryvita fruit & Seed with Laughing Cow Cinnamon, popcorn, berries

4. How many calories do you eat per day? 1600-2000 (including 300 for breastfeeding)

5. What do you generally eat for lunch? Flatout pizza, tuna and veggies, cucumber/tomato/feta w balsamic

1. What did you have for breakfast? Today I didn't have any, but I usually have Porridge or Weetabix.

2. How much water do you drink per day? About 3 litres

3. What are your favorite snacks? I try not to snack too much as my fave aren't very healthy - biscuits!

4. How many calories do you eat per day? Goal of 2500

5. What do you generally eat for lunch? If I'm at work it's usually sandwiches or pasta/chicken salad. If I'm at home it's usually a cooked meal, meat, veg + pasta.

6. Favorite body part to train? At the moment I'd say legs.

7. Least favorite body part to train? Abs (I don't really train abs much separately)

8. Favorite workout at the moment? Squats.

9. What are your "junk food" cravings? Sweets / biscuits.

10. Do you take vitamins or supplements? If so, which ones? ON 100% whey protein.

11. How frequently do you eat out? Hardly ever. Takeaway probably about once a month.

Eggo Low Fat Waffles, Hard Boiled Egg, Pumpkin Coffee with Fat Free Creamer

Eh, I TRY to drink 8 glasses, but probably average around 6.

Cheddar Chex Mixx

Around 1700-1800. This is with eating back my exercise calories

Weight Watchers Frozen Meals...gotta find something else, these are WAY too processed, but oh so easy.

1. What did you have for breakfast?
Non-fat, plain Greek yogurt w/honey & almond extract over Kashi Go Lean Crunch and a plum

2. How much water do you drink per day?
I fill up a big 20 ounce bottle at least 3-4 times a day, often more.

3. What are your favorite snacks?
I really don’t snack. If I’m starving and need to get by to the next meal I’ll have ½ ounce of almonds, but that’s pretty rare

4. How many calories do you eat per day?
1200-1300 on weekdays, 1800ish on weekends

5. What do you generally eat for lunch?
It changes every day. The café where I work is awesome and makes great, healthy food w/fresh and often local and organic ingredients, so whatever looks good.

6. Favorite body part to train?
I don’t “train”, really.

7. Least favorite body part to train?
See above.

8. Favorite workout at the moment?
Bike rides and long hikes. I’m not big on the gym, I’d rather do an activity to get in exercise.

The worst is sweets, ice cream, cupcakes, baked goods. Also, pita chips and hummus, though I can work that in healthfully now and again.

10. Do you take vitamins or supplements? If so, which ones?
Vitamin D in the winter – I’ll be adding that back in here soon. That’s all.

I eat out for lunch every workday. I eat out a couple times a weekend, usually.

My boyfriend

Right now it’s a friend of mine. She’s been obese for as long as I’ve known her (15ish years). She has had weight loss surgery once and gained it all back. But she still keeps trying. She doesn’t give up. She works out harder than anyone I know. If something isn’t working she tries something else. And she keeps on trying. That’s all you can do. Keep at it.

1. What did you have for breakfast? Grande iced skinny caramel macchiato and a spinach feta wrap from Starbucks

2. How much water do you drink per day? 3 or 4 bottles of water

3. What are your favorite snacks? almonds, fruit, or cottage cheese with blueberries mixed in

4. How many calories do you eat per day? It was 1250 up until recently. I upped it to 1750 now that I'm exercising more.

5. What do you generally eat for lunch? whole wheat wrap or whole grain noodles with some sort of vegetables (usually broccoli)

8. Favorite workout at the moment? boxing

2. How much water do you drink per day? 2-3 refills of my water bottle at the gym in the morning and then I pretty much suck with the water consumption

3. What are your favorite snacks? Strawberries with sugar free chocolate pudding

4. How many calories do you eat per day? 1200-1300

5. What do you generally eat for lunch? Turkey wrap with lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeno, and mustard, fat free cottage cheese or string cheese, green pepper with salsa, maybe some rice cakes or low carb crackers

7. Least favorite body part to train? Chest. grumble [I am bitter with that area after my weight loss... Lifting doesn't reduce the size, I get it. It's just a strained relationship]
