I would find it helpful if I had the option to track my blood pressure readings in the same way that I can my weight and various other measurements through MFP. I appreciate that not everyone has the ability to take these readings or indeed the interest to do so but it does seem like it should be of value to enough people to make it a useful addition. It would also be interesting to have the option to have the systolic and diastolic figures plotted on the same graph as weight in the reporting section.

I agree....I need to record mine on a daily basis. All the others are great like my blood sugar. And I print everything out and take the info to the Dr.

You can do it!

My home > check in > track additional measurements
add a line for systolic
add a line for diastolic
add a line for BPM
now add those again for each time of day you check your blood pressure...

currently there's not much of a ... useful... report that can be run because reports are limited to one metric at a time but hopefully when they update reports something like multiple data points will be able to be on the same graph.

*Note... some users have indicated they can just use 120.80 in one line to track it but I do believe the measurement only stores the first decimal place so 120.84 would also be stored as just 120.8 and 120.5 would be 121 is why I suggest a line for each measurement from the blood pressure. It works, I've got mine in the measurements fields

Thanks for the pointers. Would be nice though to be able to plot both systolic and diastolic on one graph, even better if I could see them on the same graph as my weight.

YES!!! Having fields to record BP + heartrate would be hugely helpful. Right now I track them in a spreadsheet, but having them here would be much more convenient. Would be able to open up my MFP page at the doctor's office to show them all data right in one place. Seems like a no-brainer that would benefit thousands and thousands of MFP users. Being able to chart them would be great too.

EDIT: Just saw that this is already possible. Disregard.
