I don't know if it's just a temporary thing or what, but I am not able to pull up any of my progress reports. Please help.

Same here...I tried all different reports and none work. It will however, load a blank piece of paper with the letters "N.aN" on it. I've been trying it for the last few hours and I get the same thing.

No offense, but it's kinda nice to know I'm not the only one having trouble.

My reports have never worked and I've been using MFP for six weeks now! In addition, today I attempted to change my profile picture and after deleting the one I had, it won't let me select a file for upload so I no longer have a profile picture. I don't feel right complaining about a free service but........lol

My phone reports have Sunday's data in the Saturday column. I restarted my phone because it would finish syncing. There have been problems with statistics all weekend.

Hi,
Are you trying to pull up the reports on your mobile device? ( phone/tablet) or on your computer? our reports on our website require flash to open. can you check to see if your Flash player is up to date? To download the most recent version of Flash, head over to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and it should let you know if you are. Hope this helps! Joshua MyFitnessPal Staff |

My printable report is not allowing me to change the date range. It keeps defaulting the To and From dates back to today's date. I just used this feature yesterday on the same computer and it worked.

I'm also having this issuel. The date range won't change to print my food and exercise diary for my nutritionist appointment tomorrow morning! I;ve been able to do this every month since the beginning of the year, so I'm sure there's some type of temporary glitch.
Help!!! Need those reports!!!

For anyone who may be concerned: I emailed MFP and they said it was a temporary thing because they were updating. They emailed again later yesterday and said it should be fixed, so try it again. Good luck!

Hi,
Please know that we spent the weekend doing a major server transition for increased reliability and scalability, and our engineers are actively resolving any resulting side-effects from that update. We've been on the case all weekend and continue to fix glitches as we find them today. The issue noted in this thread is currently being resolved by our engineers. Please let us know if the issue persists tomorrow, as we plan to have these problems resolved ASAP, and most likely today. If the issue persists into tomorrow, as a first step will you try emptying your browser's cache? Instructions are here http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache If you are using Internet Explorer, please note that you should uncheck the "preserve data for favorite websites" option if you have MyFitnessPal favorited or bookmarked. Thanks for understanding! |

Followed all instructions to clear cache, etc. Without success. As of 6:27 a.m. Pacific Time, The printable food and exercise diary will not print. It consistently resets the date range for today's date. No reports to bring to my nutritionist :-(

The issue at the end of the thread is a different issue than the thread started with. Clicking reports tab and picking which report to display wasn't working over the weekend. It works fine for me now.
BUT trying to view full report (printable) from the food diary is NOT functioning. You can "change" the dates shown but when you click "change report" to see the selected date range the page refreshes with the default from and to dates being the current days date. I haven't logged any food yet so the report comes up blank... just logged food to see and the report automatically fills with todays food diary data but can't be selected to run anything more than today only.

Sorry folks, this issue should be fixed now. If you use the printable diary and change the dates on the report, those dates should now function properly.
Hope that helps, and sorry for the inconvenience. |
