I'm Kathryn I'm 28 and due to be married in eleven weeks, still hoping to lose a stone, just parted company with my Slimming group as I feel it's no longer for me and don't want to pay £5 per week to be told I've stayed the same or have gained weight. Just discovered this fantastic site and hoping it's going to help me lose weight and keep healthy. I have noticed that the site doesn't recognise Kettlebells as a listed exercise, I've been doing these a lot, three times per week and definitely know they are a calorie burner so if anyone has any info as to what to input it would be greatly appreciated.
