With piloxing becoming to the mainstream as a great new workout can you please add piloxing to the exercise portion of MFP. It's almost impossible to calculate how many calories your burning with actually having a heart rate monitor. Thanks!

I burn around 550-650 if that helps you (in an hour work out)

I wouldn't trust the MFP calculations any more than I would any other online calculator. The only way to get an accurate burn is to invest in a heart rate monitor. You can get an inexpensive one on Amazon for $30-$40. Newer fitness workouts don't have enough data yet for MFP to really give a good calorie burn for all users.

Dude, I must do this! I had no idea what Piloxing was so I had to look it up. That's some crazy ballet/modern/boxing/Pilates dance combo workout. Looks like fun!

It's a great workout that can be very challenging but after you've done it you feel so much better. I love it although I really need to work on my balance but it definitely is helping me get stronger and leaner. I calculated that I burn between 550-560 calories in a hour session. I'm planning on buying an heart rate monitor so I can have a more accurate account of how many calories I've burned.
