QUOTE: Easy - I normally just bring to a boil 1.5cups of water with whatever spices I have (in this case, hot curry powder) and then once it's boiling I take it off the heat and stir in 1cup of WW coucous, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Then just fluff it up with a fork. I typically use this as my base for a couscous and grilled vegetable salad, but it's great as a side for chicken, stirfries, or whatever else you're having. A little goes a long way, I find. I do the same with bulgur wheat for salads as well, but it's a bit tougher and takes a little more water, so I usually boil it with the water for 15 minutes instead. Thanks! :D I normally add in dried herbs or some stock, but I'll try this next time! :D

You can download it for free, and then use the Export Picture to Folder... command with the picture resize selected. Choose a pixel range from 400 to 480. Then upload those new photos to wherever you keep them.

My daughter is coming over in a little while....I'll get her to help! Thanks Ham!

From my trip to Washington State with my GF from Oregon. We took her motor home to Seattle and the coast! We actually didn't eat out much....stayed in and ate the local food that we picked up on the way!
Bagels! Crab and artichoke bagel and smoked salmon bagel
Sampler plate of Smoked King Salmon from the famous Pike's Fish Market, assorted olives and freshly made cheese! We pretty much ate this every afternoon during our "Happy Hour" at our campsites in the various places that we visited!
Delicious salads we had at famous McMenamins Edgefield in Troutdale, Oregon
And lastly Wine - A delicious Pinot Noir that we shared on my last night out West!

These poitatoes look similar to a red skin potatoe, do they taste the same as a red potatoe or a sweet potatoe? Everything on here looks so yummy,

Deb-welcome back!! Those stuffed wings look divine!! Eric-thanks Mister
Pami-those are the prettiest sweet potato fries I have seen! lesasass-you have to use an IMG code, add to the front of your link, and [/img.], without the . in it (won't show up on here unless I add it) to the back of your link. BUMP=bringing up my post<<<or something like that! essentially it "bookmarks" the thread for an easier find for you later!
