Here is the recipe for the Orange Julius type protein shake that a couple of people requested. This shake is delicious, and only has 3 ingredients besides the ice. The calories and nutrition could change, depending on what kind of orange juice and protein powder you use. (I used Tropicana 100% All Natural, and Super Advanced Whey Protein in Vanilla.) I like this shake as a super quick breakfast or lunch.

Also, this website has some awesome, healthy recipes.

As soon as I figure out how to add a picture I'll add the nutritional info!

Here we go. Just remember this CAN change depending on the type of OJ and Protein Powder you use.

29 grams of sugar is the equvilant to 7 tsp of sugar . A can of soda has 39 grams of sugar . This drink is loaded in sugar try not to drink it !!!! Sugar is the devil I dont touch the stuff only use organic agave nector to sweeten up my recipes . Hope this helps but having a protein shake is great I drink them 2x a day but I add almond milk, a cup of spinich or u can add natural fruit like strawberries , blueberries half a bannana . More healthier more benificial = )

If you used Tropicana 'Trop50' it would cut 12 g of sugar, and 60 cals. I just used what I happened to have in the fridge to make the nutrition label.

It's the artificial sweeteners I try to stay away from. Eeeek.
