It would be great to be able to click on a button that offers "suggested meal recipes" that stay within an individual's calorie, fat and protein intake.
For instance, let's say you already had breakfast and it has been entered it into the food tracker, and now you can see the total remaining limit on calories, fat and protein for the day. It would be great if there was a "meal or food suggestion" button on the screen that would list simple meal recipes that would keep you within your limit on intake for the remaining meals.
Sometimes it is difficult for busy people to "piece together" a meal on the run!!!
Thanks.

I understand it'd be a "nice" feature perhaps but try doing some food logging so you get an idea what foods have what in them so you can piece together on your part.
MFP is a logging sight / diary where you can track what you ate. As soon as they start suggesting foods that could be taken as medical advice which would open them up to all kinds of problems, such as suggesting Edamame to someone with a soy allergy, or a processed food that has soy lecithin in it... a whole world of hurt that a log doesn't run into. Which they take pains to avoid as per this post on every page of the forums when you're reading posts and not making them for some reason QUOTE: Posts by members, moderators and admins should not be considered medical advice and no guarantee is made against accuracy.
