TOPIC: squat intensity - weights or plyo??

For the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution I am trying to do this with as much weight/intensity as I can to maximize the results. Do you think doing the squats & sumo squats would be better with the weights or the jumping version??

I would have to say the plyo, just because that is personally harder for me and I feel more winded when I do it that way. The weights just get in my way.
