Are there plans to add a feature that will allow the user to print the food diary over a specific date range? I would like to print all my food diary entries from 07/31/12 through 08/20/12 to give to my dietitian to evaluate.

When you are looking at your dairy on the computer, there is a button on the bottom left hand that says "view full report (printable)". Click there, choose the appropriate date ranges, and print!

Yep. I had to submit 9 weeks for a college nutrition project. Totally do-able, as the others said. :)
