I'm down 80 lbs from the avg. weight of my 20's (i'm 27 now) I have technically lost 100 lbs from my heaviest weight (288 lbs while pregnant but i don't really count my pregnancy weight into my losses) I now weigh 188 lbs. I am 5'8. Went from size 22/24 pants to a size 14/16. I feel incredible :) I would love to be 160-170 lbs but am happy with how far I've come.

Awesome!! I love reading and seeing pics of women 5'8" and over. I'm 5'10" and I always feel like I have to lose 50lbs to notice changes in myself. After pouring over these boards and seeing stories like yours I know that all losses matter and I need to be patient with the process.
