It would be an even better tool if it helped you determine how many calories you burn lifting weights. I know this is a little hard to determine since people based on different weight lifting styles, etc but it would be good to know how many calories I'm burning even if it is not as accurate as the cardio.

I believe he's referring to tracking the calorie expenditure from "Strength/weight lifting", not just capturing the actual exercise.

Grnhouse - I completely agree and is why I found the "feedback" area to make that comment. To say that no calories are expended by weighlifting is completely inaccurate. That needs to be updated ASAP in my opinion.

I did fond weight lifting under cardio. I wish it would show the # of calories burned for each strength training exercise ie leg press, chest press.
