TOPIC: Butterfinger protein shake - delicious!!

My sister gave me a recipe for an awesome protein shake. Here it is..

1 scoop EAS Soy Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Jif Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Jello Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix
10 oz Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
10 ice cubes

Put all in blender and yum! 25 gr protein & 313 calories drinker

I haven't tried it with the chocolate but yes, I bet it is just as good, will have to try it!

I'd make it with whey protein powder, Smuckers natural PB (no palm oil, just peanuts!), and homemade almond milk. Thanks for the recipe!

The pudding is sugar free!! Sorry I didn't put that in the first post!!

is this protein powder the one with all the hype? The Visalus or something that costs $50 a month?

No, I bought it at Walmart. Any protein powder with 20 g protein per scoop fine.

I think I'll try this with some PB2. I have the chocolate kind and I bet it'll be delish. AND it'll save me some calories :)

this sounds awesome :) i'll definitely have to try it! do you happen to know if the pudding mix is dairy free? (not sure if you eat dairy free or not, just assuming by the soy milk/protein powder haha)
