Well friends.. A lot has happened in the last almost 2 years I slipped and gained back all the weight I had lost plus some! :-( when I got to 645 I decided for my health and other reasons that I must do something drastic.. That being said, I decided to have weight loss surgery.. I went on a 6 month diet to be approved and lost almost 40 pounds, then I had surgery on feb 21 2014. Since then I've lost almost 60 pounds.. Some people may not agree with wls but it was my decision and I'll live with it for the rest of my life and I guarantee it will be a long life!

Hi Josh,

Congratulations on coming back and sharing your journey. I look forward to seeing your updates and hearing about your challenges after the surgery. I myself have almost 100 lbs to lose, and hope that MFP will be the final kick at the can so to speak.

Feel free to add me if you wish. Best of luck.
