Basically I am plateauing again. I don't know if that is because I'm eating too few calories or something else (feel free to check my diary). I want to lose 4 more lbs before i go on holiday in 2 weeks. With a 1000cal deficit everyday I should easily have hit 140lb before holiday, but I am still going to be at least 6lbs off this (after the hoped 4lb weight loss) as i simply have not lost at the rate I'm supposed to have. I have lost either none, 1 or 2lbs a week, generally lays about the 1lb/week mark.
Any suggestions. My problem areas of my thighs and hips seems to have emigrated to my stomach instead :(
