TOPIC: Add an exercise program

Hi there

My husband and I joined your site yesterday and are wondering if you can add a specific exercise program we are currently doing???
We have been doing the Beach Body Insanity program for 7 weeks now and it would be great if we could track our exercise properly. I have been using the aerobics amounts hoping that would be kind of close.

Thanks

I want to say that "circuit training" would be correct.
If you have a HRM and know how many calories you burned, you can add a new exercise to your personal database.

Welcome!

Sign up with Endomondo, it,s free, then down load the App to your smart phone, purchase the heart rate monitor and start tracking all your progress, it,s awesome and the program will make you train harder and longer to reach specific goals. It did for me.

Yeah.. I wear a HRM and record the calories.. Then, I add my own excersise with the exact name (ie: "Insanity - Max Interval Circuit") and add that to "My Excercises." It's there the next time I want to add it.. Prior to figuring that out, I used "Circuit Traning" and would put the name of the routine in the exercise notes..

I use "high impact aerobics" for Insanity and "circuit training" for P90X
