Nice meals! Poached eggs are my favesies. I should have some soon... What's in the sweet chili chicken?

They were delicious! Im so bored and fed up with boiled eggs so need to experiment a bit with getting more protein in the diet! The sweet chilli chicken is just a chicken breast grilled on the george foreman, shredded lettuce and a tablespoon worth of blue dragon sweet chilli dipping sauce (havent experimented enough to make my own sauces yet) in a pita - was lovely!

Loving pitas these days! I eat them at home regularly (not a bread person but adore a good high protein pita) and even got one from take-out yesterday which was super healthy.

Breakfast this morning - huge cuppa joe and a massive bowl of oats with apple, cinnamon, peanut flour, oatmeal/oat bran/chia seed mix, and a dollop of greek yogurt. This is my go-to breakfast every morning, although I am just new at experimenting with the peanut flour. Normally it's a sweet drizzle of natty PB instead blushing

Chile verde was so good. It made its way to breakfast. Huevos con chile verde (or is it chile verde con huevos):

A couple corn tortillas underneath, some avocado, and salsa picante hot sauce for color.

Doctor Who themed meal: Ian's fish sticks, homemade french fries with a tsp of olive oil and some salt, and a cup of vanilla pudding to serve as custard.

I think that's the best use of eggs I've seen here. Yummmm! Chile verde looks amazing.

Are the fish sticks homemade? I love a fish finger sandwich with ketchup!

SALAD TIME!

Chicken skewers, satay sauce, snow peas, jalapenos, sweet onions, crushed peanuts

Chargrilled calamari, red and yellow peppers, basil, parsley, olives, red onion

...and the temptations we resist! A local (very traditional!) fish and chip shop menu. (Ok I guess it's more "what my meals *could* look like"....)

Note: chips = chunky thick cut potato fries

Heather - Thank you for the compliment, considering there are a lot of amazing looking egg dishes here!

Waiting for my fantasy football draft to start up, and need to fuel up. Chicken and okra curry over white medium grain rice.
