I'm down 3.5 lbs! I feel like I'm finally understanding healthy food habits for me, and this week I'm starting to incorporate regular workouts. I'm really excited! happy


Goal 1: 169, no longer obese.
Goal 2: 145, doctor-determined healthy range.
