Well, here I am yet again. A little less than two years ago, I lost about 60 pounds. As of today, it appears I've gained about 50 of that back. (This is far from the first time I've lost and gained it back.)
So here's to trying again. I look forward to offering support and encouragement to any of you who are experiencing the same frustration, and I'm sure having your support will be a key to my success, as well.

You'll probably have set-backs along the way (we all do), so when you do, just let it go, and move on. If you need a few more calories some days, don't sweat it too much- as long as you have more good days than bad, you're going to lose the weight. Good luck.

) AND IM DOING IT FOR ME THIS TIME!!! VERY EXCITED.THIS WAS MY FIRST WEEK BACK AND I I FELL BACK A FEW TIMES
