hello Kzalusky360, not sure but I'll be sure to investigate. lol I actually never had the bar, but maybe checking their website will turn up some result, seriously you can even call the number on the bar wrapper or write to them. Other than that I have no more suggestions to depart, I hope that helped.

Oh yes! I have had that bar...I know what you mean lol :( it doesn't taste that bad though. I'm not really a protein bar person.

protein bars are the only reason i am getting in my required amount of protein! so, although i am not "a protein bar person" either, i've learned to grin and bear it.
i like clif builder's bars the best (the "builder's" ones are healthier than the regular clif bars and serve as a whole meal.) introducing these types of meal replacement bars into my diet has really helped me fit in five meals a day.
