Just an FYI that the Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Delight ice cream cups are totally awesome! Only 180 calories per cup.

Ice cream and peanut butter are my number 1 addiction, so this is perfect. I just tried it tonight for my dessert and it's SO good! I was pleasantly surprised!

You list the calories for the whole pint... one is going to assume... If I listed the calories for the whole gallon, one would assume.
It's part of the reason most of us got so damn big to begin with. We can't portion control. Americans (and others) seem to think if its in the container, then we should be finishing the container. That thought process can be found in your statement. It shouldn't matter the caloric value of an entire container if we are having a serving of something. IF I TYPE IN CAPS IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO CALL SOMEONE SOMETHING. MAYBE MY CAPS LOCK WAS STUCK
Seriously, forget about it.

Mmmm - I would really like to try this icecream...but I'm one of the ones that'd eat the whole pint.
So I don't even buy it.

It comes in a package of two little containers- I think 1 cup each. So, you don't even have to have any self control and worry about eating a whole pint- just eat one cup
