Ingredients:
Salmon
spinach
olive oil
garlic
lemon
salt
pepper
dill
vinegar

Take a separate bowl:
Garlic press a good amount of garlic
1/4 cup of olive oil (do not need a lot bc it will be to oily since its being baked
1 whole lemon and garlic press some peel too
1/2 table spoon of salt
1/2 table spoon of pepper
2 table spoon vinegar

Lay a thick thick layer of spinach on the bottom of the pan (this will be our side dish)
Lay the salmon skin down on top
Now spread as much of the clumpy stuff on top of the salmon as possible and spread some of the remaining oil on top. Make sure that there is almost no to lil oil on the leaves. While the salmon cooks It will naturally wet the leaves making it less oily. Sprinkle dill on top and put a lemon slice on top of all four fillets. Not sure what temp to turn it too but not too high bc salmon doesn't need to be that cooked. Keep in the oven for 20 mins.
