There is a very incorrect entry for Bob's Whole Wheat Pastry Flour in the database. Is there anyway to delete it? Will MFP delete it if we contact them? It shows 37 calories per 1/2 cup, when in fact it is 110 calories per 1/2 cup.

There are 1,234,098 wrong entries.
Good luck with that. Check all food before using it. People enter things the way they want them to be. MFP won't delete them.

When you click on the food item it asks you whether or not it is accurate. If you click no, there is an option to edit and correct it. That's what I do every time i come across nutritional info that is wrong or incomplete.

Any user entered database item can be edited by another user with the "correct" information,
but not all "wrong" items are wrong, there are different formulations / ingredients in different countries, there are different serving sizes etc. When you're viewing the item from your search results and it moves to the right where you tell it how much to log to your diary there is a "nutritional info" link just below the name of the food. Click that. It asks you if the info shown is correct... if you click no it will ask you if you want to correct it. If you click yes that you want to correct it now you'll be taken to the edit food screen and be asked what it was that you changed for the food item.

I have found the same thing, for example there are 4 options available for a tesco light choices chocolate mousse. As far as I can tell they only make it in one size, where do the other options come from. The one that is correct also shows the pot size which is very helpful, so straight away, I know it's the same quantity. But I do find I have to double check everything. Would just love to delete those incorrect ones, maybe they were entered in error?

Pretty much everything in the database is suspect.

I don't trust anything I see on MFP. LOL. That's why you have to verify. This is an awesome website and I am doing amazing with it so far, but I still recognize that only I am responsible for tracking my eating.

Or maybe whoever added it had two portions at once as their portion, or half, or a third, etc. Or maybe tesco changed their ingredients. It's awkward but as long as people can edit the food you're gonna have to be diligent I'm afraid
