Yesterday marked the two year anniversary of my joining this site and changing my lifestyle. I am thrilled to report that things continue to go well. I consistently stay right around the 40 lbs lost mark (aside from vacations when I thoroughly enjoy myself
)
I had a fantastic beach wedding in April and loved being able to wear a two-piece swimsuit in public!
I rarely use this site anymore (but don't get me wrong - I tell everyone I know about myfitnesspal!).
I found that you don't have to count calories forever. You just need to learn the basics, know your limits, and make healthy choices a positive habit and not a hinderance.
Sure, I have times when I don't want to hear the word "salad", or touch exercise equipment, but I've realized those breaks are not necessarily a bad thing. And quick enough I'm itching for a good hard workout!
Just wanted to tell everyone to keep up the good work - because it does get easier, and more enjoyable!!
