Daily net calorie goal was set the first day at around 2300 and the next day stayed at that amount, but then on my third day here it changed to 1710, and it's still stating that amount. I have went in to see if something in my goals was set wrong. The only thing I noticed is the month I was born in had changed, but I'm not sure why, so I changed it back. That shouldn't have changed anything. But to give it a try I went through the process again and plugged in my information. It is still reading at 1710 calories for the day. I'm pretty sure that's the wrong amount. Maybe I'm wrong. I definitely need help please...lol! Thank you so much for your time!

Thats weird that it just changed like that for no reason.. Do you think it needs to be a higher number? Just go in and Re-do everything. Maybe that will reset it??? It has me at 1200 a day.. so IDK

I agree..it is weird! :D I think it does need to be a higher number. I can understand the goal changing as I lose weight but I just started. I haven't lost any weight yet. I did go in and re-do everything, but it stayed the same. I would manually input the goal but I don't know what it actually should be. I have been feeling super optimistic but I am kind of getting discouraged because I don't know what it should be. I've searched on the web and from what I can see it should be around 2100 to 2300 a day. But maybe that's wrong too. I have been doing really well at tracking everything I have been consuming and would love to have an accurate guideline, so I know that I'm doing it right. If it helps, I'm 35 years old, 240 lbs. female, 5'4" and I have 115 lbs. to lose to reach a goal weight of 125 lbs.

Did you happen to enter exercise in before looking at the net calories the first couple days?

You start with a calorie limit - if you exercise, that limit increases. If you don't, it should stay the same.

That's the only thing I can think of as to why this would be.

I didn't put in any exercises that day. Because I am new I have been working the last couple of days at setting up an exercise plan for myself. So I haven't really got an exercise routine going yet.

Did you change how many pounds a week you want to loose? I weigh 213 pounds set to loose 2 pounds a week and my calories are at 1380 a day. changing your activity level will also change it up a bit.

Help...
I am suppose to have only 1200 calories to use today, and last time I checked, my daily goal was 1800. I re-booted my computer, and thought it was "stuck" or something....
But it is still registering 600 more calories then I am suppose to have...
HELP!
