I tried doing this last night and like someone else said the only ones that got crispy were the burnt ones, the others were good but still tasted like seasoned green beans so I would do it again but definitely not as a substitute for french fries.

Green beans = french fries = epic fail!!

Next up, Sea weed crisps taste just like chips!!!!

only if chips taste like fishy turf grass and turn to slime after a moment in your mouth.

seriously though. I just did oven roasted chick peas last night and they were really tasty, I will try the green beans once. I try everything once. Even tried the rocky mountain oysters once ( ok twice)

new to the site. A few questions ... what is EVOO? and what is the meaning of "Bump" that so many people are using.

EVOO = extra virgin olive oil :)

also bump means 'bring up my post' - it's a way to keep threads 'active' and near the top of the forum (like on the first page or so) :) because when someone replies with 'bump' it brings the thread right to the top again!

Preciouslov3 - thank you for asking the question. flowerforyou

Arrawyn79 - - thank you for sharing the meaning of BUMP, I've trying to figure out its meaning since I signed up on this site, would you be so kind as to also share the meaning of NSV as well? Thank you in advanceflowerforyou

French fries are like my favorite food! Thanks!

NSV stands for non-scale victory - it's something good other than dropping pounds on the scale, such as getting a complement on your slimmer figure or noticing your shirt is now too big. My NSV for today: first time I'm wearing size 8 jeans!!!

EVOO = Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It's in the baking supplies isle by the vegetable oil.
