Hey everyone. I have been on MFP since the end of Aug. I read the SS board quite a bit, but have never posted. I have lost 30 pounds and thought I would share my progress pics with you guys. I love looking at everyone elses, so I hope mine help to motivate you all as much yours do me!! I hope these work! Let me apologize before hand if they turn out super huge! I dont know if they need to be resized or not....crossing my fingers and hoping for the best! bigsmile

Thanks everyone for the kind words.
I eat 1200 calories a day, give or take, I really never eat the same amount. blushing Mostly less than, hardly ever more. I am not doing anything "by the book." When I first started I was exercising everyday, walking almost 4 miles a day but I have since slacked off.....alot. I hardly ever exercise now, but I know that i really, really need to get back into it. I eat alot of the same foods, almost daily. Also, working 3rds helps me to be able to not eat too much. I have also made alot of changes to my daily foods. Substituting for better/ healthier choices. Thats really about it.
