For 3 days, I have updated my weightloss on my ticker and it is NOT changing the number. It should reflect 175 lbs lost, but it is still stuck on 171...please help!

When you go back into your check in area and select "edit previous entries" button and go to the last page of saved entries, can you see the weights recorded there? If not, they did not save. Re enter them again and make sure you save them.
If the lower weight is there and not showing, send a personal email to "Mike" -- there may have a glitch in your profile that is interfering with the update process. Good luck!!

my was doing the same thing! but i kept going back and typing the info over and over!!
