I love being able to log my exercise & seeing the number of calories it burned etc.. I don't like having those calories added to my daily goal. Is there a way to keep it from adding?

The only way to avoid the calories burned from being added back to your daily calorie goal is to enter the duration and then tab over and enter a 1 or 0 in the calories burned field. This is how the MFP program works so there isn't any way to stop that from happening automatically.

Along those lines, is there a reason that when entering strength training exercises that it doesn't show any calories burned? For example: I do 3 sets of squats with 10 reps each (30 total squats). I don't enter weight use because I'm not using dumbbells or anything (just my own body weight, I guess). But it doesn't show if I burned anything. Just wanted to check...
Thanks

I don't know and wondered that too. it doesn't matter what the work out is, or how much weight, it burns zero calories.
