I no longer care when I get in and out of the swimming pool!

Having spent the first 5 years of my eldest daughters life avoiding taking her swimming I vowed to get over it and I did.
But I've had a gap of about 9 months swimming (for one reason and another) but today took my eldest and her friend, with my 7 year old. Taught my 7 year old to swim today... and realised I no longer care what people are thinking when I get in and out of the pool! :)

8 years and losing 46lb it took for that to happen, but most of all it took me to realise no one really cares what I look like! :) The gym has really helped in a lot of ways!

A woman I have motivated to lose and strengthen is going to the pool tomorrow for the first time with her kids 7 and 3.
