The current database lumps all sugars in foods into one category (sugar). Since processed sugars seem to be the item of concern for most people, could the foods database be updated to have a category for processed sugars? Or, as an alternative, delete the sugar content from the natural food items in the database such as apples, grapes, etc. It is a pain to do this individually by making a personal food for each type of fruit or vegetable and deleting the sugar content there.
The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.
