Hi All-

I am new to this food tracking idea but trying it at my nutritionists request. So far so good..I have dropped 9lbs in 2 weeks!! flowerforyou

I am having difficulty with the Exercise tab. Is there any way to find the calories burned for more popular workout DVD's ( ex: Hiphop Abs, PX90, etc.)? I am sure I am not capturing my true workout by just adding the moves I have to do.

There's not, but if you want to find your true calories burned you need to get a Heart Rate Monitor. Otherwise it's all estimated. That would be your most accurate choice!

You could also track it as either Circuit Training 20 min, Calisthenics 20 min, or Jazzercise 20 min

Thanks everyone for all of your responses! Heart Rate monitors are so expensive but if I am going to commit to getting in shape I guess I have to do it financially as well tongue
