TOPIC: Fiber in Daily Food Diary

I find that tracking both the protein and fiber is critical for my health and fitness. I consistently have had trouble getting enough of each in my diet. I am loving the Fitness Pal website and can't say how grateful I am for all the hard work done by others! However it would be a tremendous help if my Daily Food Diary had a column for Fiber. Please consider adding a column for this info.

Sorry.... I am new to Fitness Pal and should have done more research before posting. Another member had already shared the solution to my problem. Go to "Settings" and choose Fiber as one of the five factors to be figured for your foods.

ALSO ... go to the bottom of your food diary and click orange 'view full report' button to see everything :)
